The Process
The task of doing work on your home or business can often seem daunting and cumbersome. Whether it’s an updated kitchen, an exterior remodel, or a workplace environment that utilizes special equipment and specifications. We will create a space that is both functional and stunning.
It’s easy to get started! We’ll start with a simple on site consultation and layout the next steps that includes everything you need to know about your project.
1. On site Consultation
The on-site consultation is complimentary, so feel free to schedule an appointment for us visit the project location. During this meeting, we'll discuss your needs and aesthetic preferences. Following our meeting, we'll provide a "project ballpark estimate."
2. Design and Develop
If you are satisfied with the "Project ball park estimate," we will begin the development and design phases of the project. A contract will be signed for this phase to clarify the expected outcomes. Upon finishing the design and development, we will offer a fixed-price proposal. At the end of this step, you will have the option to decide whether to proceed with the project.
3. BUILD
When you are ready to proceed you sign the construction agreement and we get to work. As part of the project development process we discuss how to disrupt you, your family, and your rhythms as little as possible during the process.
During the process we try and touch base as often as is practical. Most of the time it is just what, who, and when to expect. We know that if you are confident in our company you will be confident with the project outcomes.
